From Materials to Export Preparation
Billiard table production combines material preparation, component processing, finishing, assembly and inspection. The following stages show how our manufacturing team moves a product through the factory.

Wood components and production materials are prepared according to the requirements of each table and project.

Wood components are cut, shaped and prepared for rails, frames and other billiard table structures.

Selected components move through surface preparation and finishing processes according to the required product finish.

Rail & Component Assembly
Rails and related components are fitted, drilled and assembled according to the product structure.

Cloth & Detail Assembly
Cloth, rails and related details are carefully fitted during the later stages of assembly.
